Last updated: 15 September 2026
Off The Drink Club is operated by Propertybrick Ltd (Company No. NI735772), a private limited company registered in Northern Ireland.
Please read these Terms before using our website or services
We may feature events, activities, venues, food, experiences, classes, performances, attractions, days out and other recommendations.
OTDC is currently a free service. We do not currently sell event tickets, take bookings or accept payment for events or experiences featured in our content.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, OTDC is not the organiser, operator, venue, ticket seller or provider of the third-party events, activities, products or services we feature.
We research and curate information from a range of sources and take reasonable care when preparing our content.However, much of the information we publish originates from event organisers, venues, businesses and other third parties. Details can change after we have researched or published them.This may include changes to:
dates and times;
prices;
availability;
locations;
performers or line-ups;
booking requirements;
age restrictions;
accessibility information;
opening hours; and
cancellations or postponements.
We therefore cannot guarantee that event or venue information remains complete, current or accurate after publication.
Before travelling, making plans, booking or spending money, you should check the latest information directly with the relevant organiser, venue, business or ticketing provider.
It is your responsibility to liaise with the relevant third party where necessary and satisfy yourself that the event, activity or service is still available and suitable for you.
If you spot something in OTDC content that appears to be incorrect or out of date, you can let us know at [email protected].
OTDC selects and recommends things using editorial judgement.
Being featured by OTDC does not guarantee that an event, venue, activity or experience will be suitable for every person or that you will personally enjoy it.
You remain responsible for deciding whether something is appropriate for you, including considering matters such as cost, location, travel, accessibility, age restrictions, health or fitness requirements, weather conditions and other relevant circumstances.
Our content is provided for general information and discovery purposes. It should not be relied upon as medical, financial, legal, safety or other professional advice.
Where OTDC features an event, venue, business, organiser, attraction, ticketing platform or other third-party service, the third party remains responsible for the product, service or experience it provides.If you make a booking or purchase through a third party, the contract will normally be between you and that third party, not OTDC.The third party may have its own:
terms and conditions;
privacy policy;
cancellation terms;
refund policy;
admission requirements; and
other rules or restrictions.
You should review those terms where relevant before making a booking or purchase.OTDC is not responsible merely because we featured or linked to the relevant third party for matters outside our control, such as an organiser cancelling an event, a venue closing, tickets selling out, prices changing or a third party failing to provide a product or service.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that Propertybrick Ltd cannot lawfully exclude or limit.
OTDC content may contain links to websites, booking services, ticketing platforms and other services operated by third parties.
We provide these links because we believe they may be relevant or useful to readers.
A link does not mean that OTDC controls the third-party website or accepts responsibility for everything published or provided there.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, content or terms of third-party websites.When you leave an OTDC service and visit another website, that organisation's own terms and privacy policies may apply.
OTDC may work commercially with businesses, venues, event organisers and other partners.
If OTDC publishes advertising, sponsored content or content involving an affiliate relationship, we will clearly identify the commercial nature of that content.
Where OTDC may receive a commission, payment or other benefit when a reader follows a link or makes a purchase, we will make that relationship clear at or near the relevant content or link.
A commercial relationship does not automatically mean that a business, venue or experience has received an editorial recommendation from OTDC.
We aim to keep editorial judgement appropriately distinct from paid commercial arrangements.
OTDC may in the future arrange discounts, benefits, offers or other promotions with third-party partners.Unless we expressly state otherwise, the relevant partner will be responsible for providing and fulfilling the offer.Individual offers may be subject to separate conditions, including:
start and end dates;
availability;
eligibility requirements;
booking requirements;
exclusions;
redemption limits; and
promotional codes.
Those specific conditions will apply to the relevant offer.OTDC does not guarantee the continued availability of a third-party offer indefinitely.If a partner fails to honour an advertised benefit, please tell us so that we can investigate it, but the partner will normally remain responsible for fulfilment unless OTDC has expressly undertaken that responsibility itself.
OTDC may occasionally run a competition, prize draw or giveaway.
If we do, the promotion will have specific terms or rules appropriate to that competition or giveaway.
Those rules may cover matters including eligibility, age requirements, geographic restrictions, opening and closing dates, entry methods, prizes, winner selection and how winners will be contacted.
The specific promotional terms will apply in addition to these general Terms of Use.Nothing in this section means that OTDC is currently operating a competition or prize draw.
You may send OTDC event tips, recommendations, photographs, videos, graphics, written material or other content, including by emailing [email protected].
Factual tips and recommendations may be used by OTDC as research leads.
We may independently investigate and write about an event, venue, activity or experience that you bring to our attention.
Simply sending us a factual tip does not give OTDC ownership of anything belonging to you.
If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, graphics, written material or other creative content for possible publication, you give Propertybrick Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, crop, resize, format, edit for presentation and publish that material in connection with Off The Drink Club.This may include use:
in the OTDC newsletter;
on the OTDC website;
on OTDC social media channels; and
in OTDC promotional material relating to our editorial content or services.
You continue to own your material.
By submitting creative material for possible publication, you confirm that you own the material or otherwise have the necessary right or permission to allow OTDC to use it as described above.
You must not knowingly submit material where OTDC's permitted use would infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.
You may contact us at [email protected] if you want us to stop making new uses of material you submitted. This will not necessarily require us to withdraw or remove material that was already lawfully published before your request, although we will consider reasonable requests.
We are not obliged to publish anything submitted to us.
Material clearly sent to OTDC on a private or confidential basis will not be treated as being submitted for publication merely because it was emailed to us.
Personal information contained in submissions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, OTDC's original written content, graphics, branding, designs and other original material are owned by or licensed to Propertybrick Ltd.Third-party names, trade marks, photographs, graphics and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You are welcome to:
share links to OTDC content;
share individual OTDC posts through normal social-media sharing features;
tell other people about recommendations you discovered through OTDC; and
make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of OTDC content.
Unless you have our permission, you must not:
reproduce or republish an entire OTDC newsletter or substantial amounts of OTDC content;
commercially republish OTDC content as your own;
systematically copy or extract our content;
create or redistribute a substantial database derived from OTDC content;
sell or commercially exploit OTDC original material;
remove attribution or ownership information; or
use the OTDC name, branding or identity in a way that falsely suggests that you are affiliated with, endorsed by or representing OTDC.
Nothing in these Terms gives OTDC ownership of intellectual property belonging to third parties.
You must not, without our prior permission, use automated systems, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to systematically access, extract, reproduce or collect substantial amounts of OTDC content.You must not use substantial amounts of OTDC original content to:
build or populate a competing events or discovery database;
commercially redistribute our editorial content;
create a substantially derived commercial product; or
train or develop an artificial intelligence or machine-learning dataset or model,
without our prior permission or another lawful basis that allows you to do so.This section is not intended to prevent ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technologies, normal web-browser use, or other activity that we expressly permit.
These Terms also apply, where relevant, to content published through official Off The Drink Club social-media accounts.
The terms and rules of the relevant social-media platform will also apply when you use that platform.
Comments or material posted by members of the public on social platforms do not represent OTDC's views merely because they appear underneath or alongside OTDC content.
We may moderate, hide, remove or report material on channels we control where we reasonably consider it unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, spam or otherwise inappropriate.
You must not use OTDC's website or services:
for unlawful purposes;
to interfere with the proper operation or security of our systems;
to attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
to introduce malware or harmful code;
to infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
to impersonate OTDC or another person;
to falsely claim to represent or be endorsed by OTDC; or
in a way intended to cause unreasonable disruption or harm to OTDC or its users.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect OTDC, its systems, users or legal rights.
We aim to keep OTDC available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, newsletter or any particular feature.
We may change, maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of OTDC where reasonably necessary.
We may also change the frequency, format, categories or editorial content of the newsletter.
Because OTDC is currently a free service, we do not guarantee that the free service or any particular feature will continue indefinitely.
We may introduce a paid membership, digital product, paid event or other paid service in the future.
If that happens, we will provide separate or additional terms and the required information before you agree to pay.
Those terms may deal with matters such as price, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, duration and membership benefits.
These Terms of Use do not themselves create a paid subscription, membership or payment obligation.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
OTDC is primarily intended for adults.
Some individual events, venues, promotions or third-party services featured by OTDC may have their own age restrictions.
You are responsible for checking age and admission requirements with the relevant organiser or provider.
If we run a promotion that has a specific minimum age, that requirement will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
OTDC provides an editorial discovery service and does not control independent event organisers, venues, ticketing companies or other third parties.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by the acts or omissions of independent third parties that we do not control.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a consequence of our breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at:
www.offthedrinkclub.com/privacy-policy
Our Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms of Use.
We may update these Terms from time to time where OTDC changes or where legal, regulatory or operational requirements make an update appropriate.
The Last updated date at the top of this page will show when these Terms were most recently revised.
If we introduce a paid service in the future, we will provide the terms relevant to that service before you purchase it rather than relying solely on this general right to update these Terms.
If you are using OTDC as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law, including any rights you may have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
